No Skin Attached Return & Exchange Policy

No Skin Attached Return & Exchange Policy applies only to original priced merchandises purchased on our website – Any No Skin Attached merchandises purchased through third parties or our stockists are not covered under this Return & Exchange Policy. 

For local pickup orders & instore purchases, kindly try on & check through your items upon collection.

All instore transactions and pickup orders are final

Return & Exchange policy is not applicable to items with free sizing, discounted/sales items or wrong selections made by customers

For items with sizings, You can exchange to another sizing within 7 calendar days of receiving your order for orders within Singapore only if item is still available. However, should the item be out of stock at any point during request submission or after, exchange/return/refund requests will not be applicable and therefore rejected.  
In the event that the sizing you want unavailable/request rejected & you wish to change to other available sizings/colours of the same design, kindly contact us within 1 working day upon receiving the notification email)

For items with manufacturing defects/ wrong items issued, you may return to us the defective/wrong piece and we will replace it for you. Should the item be out of stock/unavailable, you may select alternative pieces of the same design (if any) upon contact, otherwise we will refund you via store credits accordingly. (Refund is not applicable if items are available for exchange)

All defects will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and must be a manufacturing defect of the item. No Skin Attached will solely determine its eligibility for return/exchange. Kindly only make your purchase after understanding the below. 

The below listed are not considered defects and therefore, not eligible for returns/exchange. 

  • Difference in measurements by 0.5” – 0.75” due to mass production.
  • Slight difference in item colour due to strong studio lighting/inevitable discrepancies arising from individual computer resolutions.
  • Items with minute imperfections such as crease marks, minor misprint due to mass production, loose threads, small thread bumps, slight stains within the size of 1cm, are not considered defects, as long as they do not affect the overall look and functionality of the item
  • Variation in prints placement. Due to prints placement variation, customers should not expect to receive an exact same piece as product image. Prints placement variation then is not considered a defect. Customer may request to exchange for another piece should the item be eligible for returns/exchanges (based on stock availability).

All Refunds are via store credits, subjected to approval and strictly only applicable for items with manufacturing defects /wrong items issued

Please ensure that the item you wish to return is unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with original tags and PINK PACKAGING INTACT

Failure to do so will result in delay and loss of parcels

Returned item(s) that fail to meet the above conditions will be rejected.

For returns and exchanges of sizing, You will be required to top up the delivery charges of $4.50 for the item(s) to be shipped back to you.

For returns/exchanges of  wrong items issued and/or items with manufacturing defects, courier fees will be borne by No Skin Attached.

All Returns cases will have to be completed within 30 calendar days from day of No Skin Attached receiving submission requests

Please note: Exchange processes take up to 2.5 weeks typically.
