How to request for exchange/return?
Step by Step Guide to No Skin Attached Return/Exchange
Kindly read through our exchange/return policy before submitting this request (FOR ONLINE COURIER ORDERS ONLY, not applicable for local pickup orders)
For local pickup orders & instore purchases, kindly check through your items upon collection.
All instore transactions and pickup orders are final
Our return/exchange process is made to be as fuss free as possible! Simply submit your request via the link below
To Submit Exchange/Return requests
1. Click on this link : https://360.postco.co/noskinattached
2. Key in your Order Number (please check your sms/email for it)
3. Key in the exact email used for checkout (if you checked out using handphone number, please add a +65)
4. Proceed with exchange/return selections
5. If you wish to return the item to our physical store (City Plaza #03-105) or via any of your own means, please select "Mail"
6. If you want a courier to collect from your place, please select "Courier Pick Up" Date/Time for courier to drop by your address for collection of the item
7. Fill up the needed contact details & click submit, you are done!
All requests will be subjected to approval and you will be notified via email when your request is approved
What happens after we approve your request?
A. Once exchange/return is approved, You will receive an email notification.
B. If you have opted for courier pick up, do select the date/time of pick up in the email.
You do not need to print anything. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE ORIGINAL PINK PACKAGING with original shipment label intact
Select "I do not have a printer"checkbox
Fill in the box with the original tracking number stated on the pink packaging & make sure that the tracking barcode on original pink packaging is visible.
C. If you have opted for "Mail", you may hand the item to us at City Plaza #03-105 via your own means.
What to take note of when returning the item to us?
- Please ensure that the item you wish to return is unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with original tags and PINK PACKAGING INTACT
- Failure to do so will result in delay and loss of parcels
- PLEASE NOTE: All customers can only submit the return/exchange form once to avoid misusage, kindly review your submission before confirming
- Approval notifications and shipment labels (if any) will be via EMAIL ONLY
- All Returns cases will have to be completed within 30 calendar days from day of No Skin Attached receiving submission requests
- Please note: Exchange processes take up to 2.5 weeks typically
**REJECTED ITEMS will be returned to the customers via complimentary normal mail
**Once courier pickup date/time is selected, there will not be any refund of courier fees should the request be cancelled by customer due to any circumstances
